This is the first post on my new blog. I am a 39 year old mother of five, I have recently suffered a mental breakdown and this is my story on the road to recovery. For a long time I felt I was surrounded by people but yet so alone. If my story can help just one person then this blog is worth it.
Imagine being the one person who thought had it together. Bragging or being proud of being strong, a survivor, ‘ cope with anything me’ ‘give your head a shake will you’. Yeah that person was me. Until two days before my birthday in 2018 a text message changed my life.
During changing mobile phone contracts I decided that I would use my partners old SIM card until I decided which network to go with. Ended up keeping the SIM card as I was happy with my phone for now and was a good deal. All good until I received a text with password update link from a gay website. Of course, I clicked on it added new password and what I found not only shocked me to the core it destroyed my life.
